Derviş said that the financial taps would be turned on as soon as Turkeys economic program is finalized. He added that Turkey required at least $11-$12 billion in foreign assistance to pull out of the crisis.
Derviş stated that an IMF delegation will be arriving in Turkey next week, with a World Bank delegation also expected to arrive by mid-week, next week. The new economy minister stated that there are 15 legislations that required amending or redrafting all together by the April 15 deadline. He called out to all ministers for their support and assistance on this issue.
