Turkish military Chief of Staff announcement, with respect to this issue, states, Recent events on the so called Armenian genocide allegations and the fact that Turkish archives have been unavailable to those wishing to research or conduct a study of Turkish military records over what actually took place during the final years of Turkish Ottoman empire, has prompted the Turkish Chief of Staff to make the following statement.
Archives in possession of the Turkish military are available to all wishing to study and conduct a research on all records regarding the final years of the Ottoman Empire. Transferring all records to computer software is still underway and those records that have yet to be transferred to software can be reached manually, stressed the announcement. The announcement stated that all historians and investigators with the right credentials are welcome to visit the historical archives of the Turkish Chief of Staff Offices.

Meanwhile, the Turkish Culture Ministrys website has data on the so called Armenian genocide under a section entitled: Armenian question and historical truths.
